Taylor Kaaukai is a Senior Associate at Virtu Global Advisors based in Los Angeles, California. Taylor has over 5 years of experience in Media & Entertainment with engagements covering various entertainment sub-sectors including film, television, literary, video games, esports and other related intellectual property. Taylor specializes in providing valuation, strategic and transaction advisory services for clients within the Media & Entertainment sector.

Prior to joining Virtu Global, Taylor was a Director at FTI Consulting on the Media & Entertainment team within the Valuation & Financial Advisory Services group, where he completed over 50+ engagements working with clients in the film, television, and literary space. Previously, he was a Manager of Strategic Finance at Esports Engine focusing on growth and transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he found his passion for entertainment as a film finance analyst at IMAX, where he managed financial modeling for original productions and new business initiatives.

Taylor graduated Summa Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Finance and minor in Economics, where he also worked as a part-time tutor in the finance and economics departments.

Outside of Virtu Global, Taylor enjoys reading spy novels, lifting weights, and traveling back to his home state of Hawaii to spear fish.
