Ailee Mendoza is an Associate at Virtu Global Advisors. Ailee has worked in the Media & Entertainment sector for over 3 years, supporting the completion of 100+ engagements during her career. Ailee specializes in providing valuation, strategic and transaction advisory services for clients within the Media & Entertainment sector across Film, TV and Music.
Prior to Virtu Global, Ailee spent two years at FTI Consulting, where she held the position of Senior Consultant. Ailee joined FTI Consulting directly upon completion of her undergraduate studies. Ailee received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Princeton University and served as captain of the Varsity Women’s Swimming & Diving Team. She graduated Magma Cum Laude and received departmental honors for her undergraduate thesis work, Reflections on a Twilight World: Ethnographic Imagination in the Movies and Marvels of Christopher Nolan. She is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Corporate Finance from the Harvard Extension Program.
Outside of Virtu Global, Ailee serves as an active member of Princeton’s Friends of Swimming & Diving alumni group, providing mentorship to current student-athletes and connecting them to professional opportunities. In her free time, Ailee is a film-fanatic and enjoys attending film festivals, premiere events, and movies with her co-workers.
