Sophia Restaino is an Analyst at Virtu Global Advisors.  Sophia has worked in the Media & Entertainment sector for 2 years, supporting the completion of 50+ engagements during her career. Sophia specializes in providing valuation, strategic and transaction advisory services for clients within the Media & Entertainment sector. Sophia has supported TV, Film, Music, Literary and Sports related engagements.

Prior to Virtu Global, Sophia worked as a Consultant at FTI Consulting in the Valuation & Financial Services practice, focusing on Media & Entertainment clients. Sophia first joined FTI as a Summer Intern. After a successful summer, she returned post-graduation for a full-time position. Sophia received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, minoring in Mathematics and Data Analytics. She graduated with honors and was a member of the Varsity Women’s Gymnastics Team. 

Outside of Virtu Global, Sophia enjoys various hobbies such as hiking, skiing, running, attending concerts, and reading. In her spare time, Sophia volunteers for the Surfrider Foundation in events for cleaning up Los Angeles’ beaches and experimental soup-making with her friends.
