Ruiqi Li is an Analyst at Virtu Global Advisors, where she specializes in delivering valuation, strategic, and transaction advisory services to clients in the Media & Entertainment industry.

Before her tenure at Virtu Global, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), focusing on the Principal Investor and Private Equity (PIPE) practice. At BCG, Ruiqi engaged in comprehensive commercial due diligences and strategic assessments across various sectors, including; technology, aviation, cybersecurity, and consumer goods. Ruiqi’s deals ranged between $50M to $6B. Additionally, Ruiqi contributed to strategic projects for Technology, Media & Tech (TMT) companies and participated in strategic planning sessions at the board level. Prior to BCG, Ruiqi interned at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she contributed to projects focused on assessing, refining, and automating financial systems for healthcare clients.

Ruiqi is an alumna of the University of Southern California, where she earned a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Econometrics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During her collegiate years, she worked at the Dean’s Office at the Annenberg School of Communications and Journalism, tasked with developing budgets and aiding in the school’s financial management.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ruiqi is passionate about hip-hop choreography, actively participating in a studio dance team. Her interests extend to traveling, golfing, boxing, weightlifting, and indulging in a good read.
