Alex is an Analyst at Virtu Global Advisors, providing valuation, strategic and transaction advisory services for clients within the Media & Entertainment sector.

Alex graduated with a degree from the University of Toronto in Engineering Science, specializing in mathematics, statistics, and financial engineering, receiving the International Scholar Award. He also obtained a certificate in Music Technology. During his studies, he wrote a senior thesis exploring new ways to enhance music catalogue valuations using machine learning models, bridging his knowledge of finance and engineering with his passion for music.

Prior to joining Virtu Global, Alex interned in the Netherlands at INPRC, a scale up specializing in data-driven asset management as well as RABLE, a startup operating in the photovoltaic (PV) panel industry.

Outside of Virtu Global, Alex is a jazz pianist, a competitive tennis player, and is an avid cook. Furthermore, he enjoys using his analytical background to optimize his fantasy football team.
